I have been having some problems with my laptop and desktop.. There service was awesome, came to my door and picked my lap top and the hard drive for my desk top. I got a call that same day and they told me what the problem was!!! i didn't have to wait three days to hear. There prices are very reasonable and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.!!

I recently had to have a laptop and an external hard drive fixed and Ernie of ePCdoctor came to my rescue. Seriously, folks, I don't know anyone that is better than Ernie. He fixed both problems very quickly, and what is amazing to me is that I didn't have to leave the comfort of my home. He dialed in remotely from his office and fixed my computer from there. He just dialed in and saved the day, like he always does. And his rates are so low; if I had gone to a national chain computer / electronics store, I know I would have paid triple what he charged, easily. I still refer my friends to him and they are always very happy with his work, his professional demeanor, his prices and his sense of humor. If you ever have any computer problems, give him a call!
